Welcome to the first USDGC doubles qualifier presented by Scorpion Disc Golf at Farmville DGC. This is an amateur only event that gives teams a chance to qualify and go on to compete in the USDGC Amateur Doubles main event this fall. ALL players must be qualified as an AM with the PDGA to qualify. Pro’s can not currently sign up but a pro division may be added once the ams interest has slowed down.

Each player will receive a premium USDGC custom stamped disc as a player pack and teams who qualify will receive premium trophy medals. The number of teams that can qualify for the USDGC Doubles Main Event is based on the number of teams that participate. See below:

– 0-14 teams = 1 Team qualifies

– 15-24 teams = 2 Teams qualify

– 25+ teams = 3 Teams qualify

All skill levels are encouraged to play, this is a non-sanctioned event so come out and have some fun. There will be multiple CTP’s and prizes up for grabs during the second round.

Format will be Best Shot (captains choice) doubles for the first round. (Self explanatory)

Second round will be Best Score. This means each player will play out the hole as if they were playing singles and the team will take the best score for each hole.

The layout will be determined closer to the tournament start date. We will most likely utilize Udisc live scoring for this event.
